Meet Alexis Munlin
Alexis is originally from Cincinnati, Ohio and now resides in Houston, Texas. Alexis maintains a healthy lifestyle by working out and experimenting with new healthy recipes. She also enjoys traveling home to visit her siblings whenever she can. Alexis is the Account Manager for Ohio, Delaware, Maryland, North Carolina, South Carolina, Florida, Alabama, and Mississippi.
Tell us a little about your background, and how you came to ElderCounsel.
I have been in Account Management for over 5 years in the software industry. I was looking for a new challenge and came across the position at ElderCounsel where I am learning this role in a brand new field, which has been very rewarding.
What do you enjoy most about your job?
Being able to be of service to the members, learning more about them on a personal level and using that to help them make the most out of their membership. Learning why they joined and continuing to remind them of that why when they face challenges.
What are you most excited about this year at ElderCounsel?
I am most excited about the variety of solutions we will have to offer to current members, non-members and even non-attorneys. This will open up a lot more options to members and keeps me learning new things, which is always exciting.
If you could give one piece of advice to new members, what would it be?
Always know that you can reach out to any one of us for help. Our job is to support your firm and to help you be successful. If there are resources you are not sure of, just ask. We will do our best to help you find a solution.
Alexis is the Account Manager for the eastern coast including the states of Ohio, Delaware, Maryland, North Carolina, South Carolina, Florida, Alabama, and Mississippi.
