Member Spotlight: Daniel Eccher Joins Levey, Wagley & Putman

ElderCounsel member Daniel Eccher has joined the Winthrop, Maine law firm of Levey, Wagley & Putman, P.A., and that the name of the firm has now changed to Levey, Wagley, Putman & Eccher, P.A.

Dan is the managing partner of the firm and will practice in the areas of elder law, special needs law, estate planning and estate administration. A 2014 graduate of the University of Maine School of Law, Dan enjoys helping clients figure out how to afford long term care while having something left for their families. He also enjoys helping couples establish estate plans so that their children will be provided something upon the couple’s death. Dan has a particular interest in estate planning for same-sex couples.

Dan has been in legal practice in Maine since 2014. Dan now lives in Oakland, Maine with his young family and in his free time, he enjoys singing, bicycling, and gardening.
