Latest ElderDocx Release—Decanting Documents Added

    • Added two new resources regarding decanting

    • Added alerts to VAPT interview when including the residence subtrust or when allowing the grantor to remove the trustee

    • Modified the nonstatutory living will to allow the principal to specify a number of days before life-prolonging procedures are withheld or withdrawn

    • Added a footnote to the accumulation trust provisions

    • Modified the nonstatutory financial power of attorney to allow the principal to revoke all prior powers

    • Illinois – updated language in the Illinois Statutory Short Form Power of Attorney for Health Care

    • Indiana – added the Advance Directive

    • North Carolina – added the statutory Advance Instruction for Mental Health Treatment

    • Oklahoma – added the Medicaid Income Pension Trust form
