Changes to the Program Operations Manual System

On April 30, 2018, the Social Security Administration released many new changes to the Program Operations Manual System (POMS). These changes are important and could impact how you advise clients who need to apply for Supplemental Security Income (SSI) benefits, clients who currently have a special needs trust or clients who are contemplating special needs planning.

Steve Dale and Vincent Russo recently met to discuss these changes and how they will affect an elder law practice and the way lawyers draft documents.  Watch the recorded course and learn more about these recent changes and have the confidence your practice is up-to-date in light of the new POMS.
