- Be thankful for what you have.

- Set concrete financial goals.
Do you have a total revenue goal for 2022? You should! Be realistic but also set a high standard. Break down the overall goal into smaller, achievable steps that serve as milestones that you and your staff can celebrate.
- Create a marketing plan.
